"Love my new SUV" I was greater in the parking lot when I parked my rental. I didn’t think I would be in and out so fast but I gave my list of features I would be needing in my new vehicle and I was matched with the perfect SUV. My sales lady Nicole was very professional and it seemed as thought she really listened to what I wanted, she was patient and treated me like I was important. "Cordial " Very helpful and they explain everything I need in my car. Rich and Adnan are the best employee. The areas by the lounge are very comfortable.
"Fast but left me in doubt" The service was fast, but after I got home I was told that my oil change should have been free due to the original paper work I did when I signed. Left me feeling a bit irritated, because Im not sure what was true. If I do get free service, why didn't it come up on the order? I don't like second guessing the process
"Great service 👍🏼 " I was well received, my service took about 45 min for an oil change and inspection. They provided me with snacks and coffee with good Wi-Fi speed so I can work in the meantime. Will definitely come back!
"Job well done!" This was an overall good experience ,prompt service they fixed the problem and gave me a loaner car as well and that was huge! I've had another vehicle fixed here as well that's why I keep coming back.
"My Experience with Tynan's Nissan Service Department" Everyone was very nice and friendly. Jason was very informative with how long of a wait it would be and what the cost would be and even showed me a way of saving money. Before doing anything extra he let me know and gave options before I made a decision. I really like the fact that he didn't come to me with a long list things that he felt like had to be done.
