"Quick fast and to the point" Went to the dealership just because it was close to my house, and I'm glad I did. With in the first minute I was asked by an employee if I had been helped. So I would say the employees are definitely responsive. The following minute Gary was following us towards the Frontiers, asking how he could help us. "Great buying experience!" Dan was wonderful to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and was friendly and prompt (never wasted our time). Dan was also extremely flexible, as we were working through an insurance claim and had to wait several days to complete our purchase. Dan kept in contact with us even stayed late on a Friday to accommodate OUR schedule! José handled our finance paperwork and was straightforward and honest.
"Always friendly and timely" Clean, comfortable and always friendly personel. Tynans has great customer service and great value for the services received. The show room and waiting area is always clean and welcoming.
"Quick SLA on oil changes" Helpful, customer service was informative and fast. I didn't have to wait long at all for an oil change on a Saturday. Adnan, who is always nice, was not there this time but Brian was there and was nice.
