Lousy waiting area. Service cashiers lack personality and rude. Service writer Rich did great job

The first time I walked in I did not have a great experience. There had been a misunderstanding and I felt extremely pressured to commit to a car but after talking to Connor again I decided to give it another chance and was able to take my time test driving another one which I ultimately decided to lease. I am content with all the information provided and the communication Connor gave me, he was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and kept me updated along every step of the way.
