The technician was correct in his initial diagnosis of my car’s problem. My wait time was minimal.

I had a rare case due to a squirrel attack. Rich McNally was amazing throughout the entire awful process of dealing with the insurance company! He was patience, considerate and most of all knowledgeable! If you want a trustworthy, honest place for car maintenance, go see Rich at Tynan's Nissan!

I am unsure who Matthew is. There are cars parked illegally in the disabled spots.I was unable to park there. The internet went down and took 4 days to complete my purchase. Otherwise everyone was nice. Samir was very pleasant and helpful during sales. Then he left me with finance and never returned. I had to return to get a copy of my contract. I think mailing could have been offered. Took me 3 trips to complete process.

I really love how nice they are and do not judge about how many nails I have gotten in my tires. It is not my fault the roads aren't clean.

It was easy to bring car in. Rich McAnaly was great to work with. He kept me updated on cost estimates and worked with my extended warranty providers to address my best interest. The intake area was clean. The payment area was simple and efficient. Troubles were addressed and fixed in a timely manner even with parts needing ordered.
