Luke was very helpful in getting the costs covered under my warranty plan. I can't thank him enough. He also was accommodating to allow me a rental car which helped immensely.

100% Samir is a great guy. At the end of the day the objective is always going to be to sell me a car, but there was none of the typical predatory sales tactics. They made it super easy and Samir made it feel like an ethical and beneficial transaction for everyone involved.
