I am satisfied with my experiences at this dealership, It's in the neighborhood. However, I did not like the fact that I was responsible for xxxxx my text from you while I was waiting in your waiting room. I wasn't told that this was the process. I waited an extra 20 minutes. I thought this was inpersonal. I expected someone to come and get me when my car was ready. Also your waiting room should provide snacks and bottled water as a courtesy to your client as other dealerships provide to their clients.
