As we began shopping for an electric car, we visited many dealerships in CO and CA trying to make a decision. The funny thing is that after we had settled on purchasing a Nissan Leaf, we ended up buying it from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins, CO., a dealership we didn't physically visit until the day we signed on the dotted line and picked up the car. We had the best car-buying experience we've had from any dealer working with Tom Lotz at Tynan's. I prefer to get information on cars by email rather than by phone or in person, and Tom was more than fine with that - he replied promptly to email, and gave us helpful detailed information. The price on our new Nissan Leaf was great. Tom was extremely professional, kind, and genuine. He made a somewhat scary experience for first and second time car buyers very comfortable. I will definitely refer friends, and continue to shop Tynan's for future vehicles.

Great price and services. My friend bought one, then I got one. Later, another friend bought one too. I did not push any of my friend. I think some detailed things can prove they are the best: 1) No hidden fee. I mean if you go there and found some tricks, you will feel you are fool. They don't play it as the other dealership often do. 2) Great services. When I picked up my car. It was fully detailed and parked in a shade. I was turning in my leased 2014 Juke and was going to select a new leased vehicle. I looked at other cars, the Mazda CX5, The Honda CRV, BMW Mini Clubman and had some good deals lined up. I had used Tynan's in Fort Collins for service on my Juke and I had a great experience, so I contacted their sales department. I purchased my first vehicle at Tynan's and had an excellent experience in doing so. Dalton was extremely helpful during the initial process in his expertise of the vehicles as they suited my interesting/needs, and ultimately he negotiated a deal that exceeded my expectations.
