Hey Rob, Just wanted to drop you a quick text to say thanks again for all your help getting me into a car. I was in a bad spot, no car, poor credit, and Little cash to put down and you found a way to get me a beautiful car that allowed me to get to work and save my job! I spent hours and days checking out dealers and it was exhausting. I never imagined buying a Nissan but Tom made the experience relaxing, easy, and fun! Best experience buying a car ever! So happy with my new Rogue.

We bought a Nissan Leaf. Very good buying experience and I am really liking the car. I can plug in at work or at home and there is an EvoGo fast charger around the corner at Jaxs.

I visited Tynan's about my options at the end of the lease. Aaron Stein was very patient and explained the options clearly. I built a Rogue online but it was out of state. I called Aaron about it and he was able to find the vehicle and place a hold on it pending my decision to do the deal. We were able to come to an agreement without pressure and they were able to loan me a car until the new Rogue arrived. As much as I hate the whole process of car buying and negotiating, it was more pleasant than most this time.

After months of searching online and setting appointments to test drive vehicles I finally came across exactly what I was looking for at Tynans Nissan. The internet team responded quickly to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next day. However, there are two tynans locations in Fort Collins, Kia and Nissan. My interaction with Tom Lotz was short and positive. No games, no back and forth with the sales manager, just working together to get a good price for us that was fair to the dealership. Carl Unger treated me with respect as well, but was unavailable when I purchased the car, so finished the sale with Tom. This is my second experience buying a car from Tynan's Fort Collins. They were good in 2013 and even better in 2016. Definitely recommend working with Tom (or Carl) if you have the opportunity.
