This was the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle and I owe it all to Karyssa Richman. She knew what I wanted and she listened. There was no pressure and she knows her vehicles. I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership. The first was January 2017 and the second January 2018. There were no problems with the vehicle, however I had originally gotten a Rogue Sport in the most basic model due to finances at the time, but I desperately wanted leather seats, as well as a few other options, due to my large anand extremely fluffy dog who sheds constantly (vacuuming fur off of cloth seats is next to impossible).
