I dropped off my iPad on June 30th to replace a broken screen. I was told that they would call me and it would take a week to replace with an approximate pick up date and time of July 7 12:00 pm on my drop off slip. I did not receive a call on July 7 and contacted them around 3:00pm. The phone kept ringing and I decided to go to the business to get an update. I brought an IPad to the Fresno store on March 6 and it was due to be done on 3/22. OH NO, I just got it back on May 23!!! Every time I went to the store they had a new excuse—former staff were disorganized and possibly the part was in the back in chaos, new management, new problem found, tried to call me with the answer, on and on with excuses. everything is non -existant.
The gentleman was very courteous but he did not give me the correct information he told me something I went and did it and they told me something totally negative totally opposite of what he told me but I’m pretty sure how many do you guys one day and I know you guys market incredible pitches for us consumers Who need her iPhone android phone cell phones for every day ways of life thank you
RecommendedMy cellphone problem ended up being Software related, not HARDWARE related, so they didn’t charge me. “You break it I fix” did a diagnostic and told me a remedy and charged me nothing. I like this company. Very competent, proficient and service oriented employees.
