Tech said he couldnt fix my front screen because the back of the phone was cracked also, tech advised me to fix back and than reschedule with them to fix the front...WTF

You didn’t fix my phone. You replace the battery but you couldn’t Calibrate the battery. This is the second time I’ve been there. Over two days. I don’t know when I can come back for you to fix my phone because I have no confidence that you’ll be able to do so. I want help

RecommendedI was having problems with my IPhone 7 Plus not holding a charge. We had coverage through Verizon and were referred here. I dropped off my phone for a diagnostic check. After a few hours I got my cell phone back and it was good as new. It needed a battery replacement and there was no charge! Quick and efficient service.

RecommendedI love how they come to you no matter where your at. I was out of town when my screen cracked and they came right to my hotel I was staying at to fix it. It didn't take long and my phone is like new.
RecommendedMy iPad would not charge. Left it there one day. Picked it up the next day. Working perfectly now. They cleaned the USB port at no charge. Very satisfied. Would definitely go back to them. Super knowledgeable electronics team.
