RecommendedI filed a claim and booked my appointment through Verizon. The two people I dealt with were really nice and helpful. It took about 45 mins to fix my phone’s screen and replace the battery. They also replaced my screen protector for free since I had one on my original screen. These guys rock!

Samsung referred me to come to this Samsung authorized dealer with my phone that is less than two years old & still under warranty. a gentleman by the name of Robert called me after 6 weeks of waiting & told me that my part is at the store, available & ready but when I came down to my scheduled appointment, waited with my son out in the heat due to social distance requirements they are now refusing to complete my repair or even allow me to pick up my parts to complete my own repair or have it done elsewhere. RecommendedThey fixed the screen before I expected. The home button wasn’t working so they set up another way to work around it without having to spend any more money.
Forced me to remove my security or else they would not repair my phone. and as the only place in town to get oem Google parts. cannot give them a lower grade. I will take non oem then ever disable my security again. I have not slept right since. who knows what they could have grabbed from my phone. credit card, bank account, social security, and so much more. hell they could be reading this text as I'm writing it.
