We went here last weekend for an emergency c section for our bulldog Doreen the staff was amazing and made the stressful time so much better! They went above and beyond to care for her and all her puppies we are so thankful to the staff you guys are amazing! We took home 8 healthy puppies thanks to you guys for all the care you gave them and the reassurance you gave us!!

Absolutely THE most caring team I have ever encountered. I have never had a PEDIATRICIAN care as much for my child as this VETERINARIAN TEAM cared for my baby EROS ❤️ My entire family felt your compassion! Fantastic people and services. We were camping and our Weimaraner needed emergency surgery. The staff were calming, knowledgeable, and very patient. The communicated everything with us, from cost to the time table for service. Dr. Glover spoke to us one on one. Thank you. They are not 24 hour care, but they made the arrangements so we could get our girl to a 24 hour ER. No regrets with our decision.
When another facility couldn’t take Trixie, UPES did!!! They were amazing and extremely compassionate! I highly recommend them should you find yourself needing emergency pet services.

My little maltipoo had her first and hopefully last encounter with a cactus. The staff and doctor were wonderful. Although I hope I don’t have to go back, I would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone. They got my Andy girl back on track and feeling better!

staff here is super friendly. never thought you could get such good "bedside mannor" with curbside service! I wish they were more then just an animal ER though, I would so make them my regular vet! on another plus side, the cost of services was not really that bad. just the check up cost was about half the cost of any other place. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog! he went right in as he felt nothing but good vibes too!
