I wanted to try out there Wednesday and Friday fish fry.i I got the Ipswich clam bellies and chips and wifey got the scallops and chips.the clam bellies were golden brown with a slight crunch and delicious.the scallops were cooked perfectly with a nice crust on the outside and sweet and moist on the inside the waffle french fries more cooked perfectly the best I've had in a while and their coleslaw what's absolutely delicious. the store itself is clean and everything thing in there looks fresh and the people working ther... read more

I shop at several different locations. And I am happy with all of them. The food is always delicious, The staff are very helpful. I recently had surgery, and was having difficulty getting all the groceries that I needed. Dennis, Who walked by at the time, Saw that I was having difficulty with a case of water. He very patiently and kindly offered to help me gather the items I needed. Dennis is definitely an asset to the Massapequa store.

FINALLY the former Food Emporium when to use after like a decade of vacancy. The store itself is beautiful. The roman style columns and the sky mosaic on the ceiling are unique and impressive. I must say, I was far from impressed when they were at the former Turco's. Uncle G's has made a complete 180 since opening at their new location. The new employees are always helpful and polite. Uncle Giuseppe's is an italian marketplace where one can get cheeses, meats, even premade stuff like BBQ Chicken calzones, from pasta like butternut squash ravoli, from fresh jar sauces from marsala to alfredp, from a bakery to live music. It also gets very busy and can easily get very pricey. Went here yesterday 2/26/23 to purchase some foods for home, to use as dinner.
