Had not been to an Giuseppe's until a couple years ago, partly because the Fairway's had retreated off the island. Totally different experience than some of the other national chains or regionals. I'd agree the Italian specialty items are superb, the bakery is incredible. This is probably the main reason I come in all the specialty unique to them vs other grocers. I work for a non profit, and a generous donor wanted to donate dinner to the group home I work at for the staff and kids for thanksgiving. Meatballs, stuffed shells, seafood pasta and roasted veggies was donated to us. It was so delicious and the servings of both half and full trays were very generous. My favorite was the seafood pasta! The deli department is completely outstanding! Extremely cleaN and so much delicious variety!!! Bakery department always has the freshest cakes! I continue to shop at Uncle Giuseppe!!!!!!! Can't wait for the new store!!!! Keep it up uncle Giuseppe!!!!!!!!'

Love this grocery store. Nice change from the ordinary major grocery chain. They have great selection of food to go. I am not from NY but come here multiple times a month and i would love to import that grocery to my state. Highly recommend to check it out.

Have been shopping at Uncle Giuseppe's, for the past year. All the fresh products, such as fruits, vegetables, bakery, prepared foods and deli, butcher department, have all been top-notch. The counter people, have been friendly, and knowledgeable of their department. As soon as you walk into the store, there is the chocolate department. Have fought the urge, to purchase any of their fine chocolates. This store seems to always be crowded when we go on the weekends but the lines typically move pretty fast. Each section is always packed with items. Their pre made food heats up so so we'll the few times we have tried it. Tons of appetizers to bring to parties ( expensive but quality) We had a bbq over the summer and ordered everything from here.
