One of my favorite Italian food marketplaces with a vast variety of food products. Uncle Giuseppe's provides imported specialty meats, a large selection of deli items, baked products, fresh seafood, (specialties such as Octopus) prepared dinners, fresh pasta, and an assortment of cheese. We came here after dinner one night to pick up a few things. The store is brand new and is very clean on the inside. There is a wide variety of products from prepared meals and food to regular groceries. The prices seem to be comparable to the old King Kullen, which Uncle Giuseppe's took its place. We will definitely return if we are in the area as it seems like it is a great store.

I hadn't been to this spot in a while so I had no idea they had changed from Turco's to Uncle Giuseppe! I admit I only go into that area a few times a year because of the amount of traffic I have to get through to get there from my end of town. BUT, I was up there getting my hair done and decided to stop at the market. While I really love this store, I probably would not buy meatballs anymore considering we found plastic wrap inside of it. Very disappointed.

I worked with Amy out of the catering department at the East Meadow location in Long Island. My experience was pretty much flawless which says a lot for Amy who is probably handling hundreds of catering orders a day for the holiday. Not only was she extremely sweet and helpful but incredibly accommodating. The catering package didn't offer any vegan dishes and Amy went above and beyond to include in a half tray of a vegan option and even went above that to put in a small pasta side for my friend to have as well. I really love coming here! They have a lot of imported Italian products as well as commercial brands found in other supermarkets. I love their bakery section! This is not your typical mediocre supermarket bakery though. Their cakes and small baked goods are bakery quality good. Customer Service is also excellent here. I had bought a coconut custard pie, and not sure what happened but it tasted off. My husband wanted me to get him soup from there. Met some nice older guy thank was so sweet. He thanked me for coming shopping there. That was the nicest thing I heard.
