Patty was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable as I searched for a home to meet all of my many needs and conditions. She informed me of all that i would need to do when i made my offer, and once it was accepted, she scheduled and even attended the many inspections I needed. She coordinated everything with the seller and his difficult realtor with grace and my best interest in mind. I am so grateful to have had her in my corner and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

She is very nice and easy to work with. We had a great experience with her. She is not pushy at all, and helps you to find your desired home, no matter how long you want to take your time. She is an expert in her job, we had a difficult situation going with our purchase, but she handled it unbelievably. She is also available all the time, even when on vacation, she would respond. Every time we wanted to look at a house, she was there real early. We absolutely recommend her.
