Let me say just this - if I have to buy another property, I will first contact Patty. She was excellent in finding what we asked for. This was our first new house to build and she gave us very useful hints about the process.

When you deal with someone with the successful career that Patty has you expect a cold relationship. This is farthest from the reality you get.
