I worked with Patty for about a year and a half trying to find the house for us. She was always extremely responsive and patient with us which we appreciated in a huge way. She would show us houses first thing in the morning or after dark with ice on the ground. Right off the bat the thing we noticed about Patty is that she didn't try to sell us anything. We found a home under construction online that we wanted to purchase and hired Patty to help us through the process. It turned out that the builder agent was very difficult to work with and Patty was amazing. She basically did much of the builder agent's job and kept things on track with our home as it was being built. She knew important questions to ask and important requests to make. Patty was a great help when we were buying a new home. She reads the contracts and then is present at every step of the way. She dealt forcefully with the builder and helped us to get the best for us. During the walk-through, she had an eagle eye and spotted multiple problems that we did not see and then succeeded in having the builder repair them. When a problem developed, she devoted extensive time to resolve the situation. Patty gets results and we strongly recommend her.
