quick service when called...didn't properly evaluate the problem....was going to call to get advice from manufacturer ...was without air ......didn't call back util 2:30 next afternoon after misdiagnosing the problem ....paid for service call for no reason...not satisfied......but they were polite!
Set up an appointment for the next day but they had an opening that day and rescheduled me earlier. Had may AC recharged in three hours. Will call them back next spring for a check up.
Met all of my expectations and would hire them again.
