A/c was not working on one of hottest days of the year. After being a loyal customer of a different local company and our problem not being addressed in a timely manner, we chose to use this company for our repairs. The young man came out the same day we called, fixed the problem, stayed to be sure it was working efficiently, and was very courteous and professional. We will be a loyal customer of Unique from now on.
I have dealt with my share of heating and air companies and nobody took the time to explain everything in detail like Mike did who is the owner of Unique Air. He is detailed oriented, knows design and layout to give you the absolute best results. His work is even neat and organized and prides himself on that! In this case I had to replace the built in dehumidifier in which the old one was entirely too big for the area and all the duct work was not properly installed which created a lot of static which led to the unit burning... read more
