Excellent crossfit gym with small classes. Trainers are safety first motivational second. New athletic levels system provides much needed scale for each WOD based on your fitness level. Each class has a warmup portion, a strength or skill portion, and a WOD. I have never been a gym rat, but this gym is gradually changing that. In the 5 months I have been going I have seen zero injuries and the trainers make sure everyone in the class use good form every class. I have noticed I can do more and more each week.
Absolutely love Unit 2 Fitness! It's been my home gym since moving to ATL in 2010. The trainers are amazing! From the kickboxing to striking classes and crossfit , it's awesome! Also the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu program in the southeast!!
