Got to test drive several cars we came in with the intentions of buying a Nissan rouge test drove it. Came across a Nissan sentra came back to dealer found a nother sentra loved the color and style and fell in love with with that Sentra.
Carlos was so knowledgeable he knew exactly what's wrong with my car he didn't give me the runaround he knew his product and definitely NissanNissanI will recommend his service to any family or friends all relative that matter that need service. Brian was very professional when i arrived at the dealership to service my vehicle. The work was complete promptly and I was on my way. I also was approached by Homero who I had previously brought my vehicle and he was also curtious and wanted to make sure how was my vehicle running. Both Homero and Brian appeared to be honestly concerned about my vehicle and making sure everything was ok.
Everybody we encountered at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I would definitely recommend anybody I know to United Nissan.
I had to have my transmission replaced while driving from California back to Salt Lake City. The dealership took care of me in a very timely manner and they did a great job at setting expectations and following through. Chris was friendly, thorough and professional. Probably the best customer service experience I've had a a dealership. Give Chris a promotion and raise! Thanks guys, you made a frustrating problem with my vehicle relatively easy and smooth.
