All of United Nissan's employees are very friendly and helpful. I was in for scheduled maintenance today and the total appointment time was under 45 minutes!
We were very pleased with the service we received on our Nissan Juke. My lttle Juke needed a 25,000 mile service. They were able to squeeze me in when it was convenient for me and go above and beyond the call. Our service man helped us find out information on my update to the navigation and took care of the recalls on my car. He was friendly and very helpful. I will look on my paperwork and find out his name and definitely use him again.
We were extremely pleased with our sales representative, CHRISTIAN LARSEN. He continues to provide us with the right, safe car for us. We trust Christian!
Rubin was very friendly and when I go there I never have to wait too long. The employees that wash the vehicles are very nice also.
Check-Engine light was on and my Xterra needed a maintenance service plus shocks' replacement. Brian Hinkley was very helpful not only in giving good advices on other issues such as better a/c freon replacement but also called to make sure service parts be in stock so that jobs could be started immediately. He also made the loaner car process smooth. Great services from Brian Hinkley, as always in the past.
I was treated very well when I brought my car for service and when I purchased it. I will continue to do business with this dealership as long as they continue to be professional and courteous.
I was helped as soon as I arrived and then I asked for Shant to take care of me. He is always pleasant and attentive. He pays attention to what is being said and he asks pertinent questions. After a short time, after he took the car, he came and explained it would be necessary to keep the vehicle for 2 days and what the repairs were. He showed me where to arrange the rental car. 2 days later I came back and picked up my vehicle.
(This little spot here will not take what I type this is my third attempt.) I think Shant is very warm and helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and the employees there made me feel welcome. I would like to thank first and foremost Shant for hi help, Goran for his kindness, Linda for her assistance, and Pablo for helping me out. They are all very kind and I will refer all my friends back to United Nissan.
I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR AND DID NOT KNOW WHICH KIND WE WANTED . WE STOPPED AT A FEW DEALERS WITH NO LUCK AS THE SALES STAFF HAD THE THOUGHT TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT DID NOT OFFER US A GOOD DEAL FOR OUR TRADE OR LOAN RATE .
