Rubin was very friendly and when I go there I never have to wait too long. The employees that wash the vehicles are very nice also.
Check-Engine light was on and my Xterra needed a maintenance service plus shocks' replacement. Brian Hinkley was very helpful not only in giving good advices on other issues such as better a/c freon replacement but also called to make sure service parts be in stock so that jobs could be started immediately. He also made the loaner car process smooth. Great services from Brian Hinkley, as always in the past.
I was treated very well when I brought my car for service and when I purchased it. I will continue to do business with this dealership as long as they continue to be professional and courteous.
I was helped as soon as I arrived and then I asked for Shant to take care of me. He is always pleasant and attentive. He pays attention to what is being said and he asks pertinent questions. After a short time, after he took the car, he came and explained it would be necessary to keep the vehicle for 2 days and what the repairs were. He showed me where to arrange the rental car. 2 days later I came back and picked up my vehicle.
(This little spot here will not take what I type this is my third attempt.) I think Shant is very warm and helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and the employees there made me feel welcome. I would like to thank first and foremost Shant for hi help, Goran for his kindness, Linda for her assistance, and Pablo for helping me out. They are all very kind and I will refer all my friends back to United Nissan.
I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR AND DID NOT KNOW WHICH KIND WE WANTED . Best experience. I had bought a car years ago from another dealer and it was just a drag. I understand that all the paperwork takes time but at United Nissan,the employees are very efficient and friendly . So you don't notice the time. I was so pleased with the service that I referred my mother to United Nissan.
We went in for an oil change, but, the car needed some warranty covered repairs. Shant quickly got us into a loner and our car was ready the following morning, as promised.
