IJUST CAME W/ MY SISTER WHO JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ALTIMA 2013.I WAS SO IMPRESSED W/ THIS NEW MODEL THAT I DECIDED TO TRADE IN MY VEHICLE.THE NEGOTIATIONS WAS BRIEF AND I GOT THE PAYMENT THAT I WANTED,KARL FORMAN GAVE ME A GOOD OFFER THAT I COULD NOT RESIST.I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS TO THIS DEALERSHIP,EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT HAPPY CAUSE IM DRIVING THE BEST CAR W// ITS TOP OF THE LINE OPTIONS.THANK YOU GUYS.

ASK YOURSELF, IF A FAMILY MEMBER,FRIEND OR CO WORKER ASKED YOU WHERE DID YOU BUY YOUR NISSAN. MAKE SURE YOU SAY UNITED NISSAN. THEY WILL GIVE YOU 1.9 PERCENT INTEREST RATE. THEN TELL THEM AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF YOU ARE STILL $10,000.00 UPSIDE DOWN. NOW IF THEY STILL DECIDE TO GO TO UNITED NISSAN YOU DONT HAVE TO FEEL GUILTY BECAUSE YOU TOLD THEM THE TRUTH UNLIKE UNITED NISSAN.

I was fifteen minutes late for my appointment. Billy took the car right in. It turned out the repairs needed were more extensive than was first thought, but rather than keeping me at the dealership after waiting for two hours, he helped get me into a rental car because I had an 80 year old relative with Parkinson's disease waiting for me to pick him up and take him grocery shopping. Whenever I go to Nissan to get my car serviced they come up to me quickly I never have to wait very long. They ask why I'm here and if I have a service person I like to deal with and I always say Shant Ashikian. He is always nice and friendly to me. He gives me updates on what needs to be done with my car and explains the reason why and the cost. He always works with me on the price of the service being done. Whenever I bring in my car no matter how busy they our I never seem to wait longer then 2 hours. This current service... read more

I always fweel welcomed at United Nissan. I have worked with Brian Hinkley for years and he is the main reason I keep returning. He is honest, straight forward, and does not recommend repairs I don't need. I have used other Nissan Dealers and have not had this experience. People like Brian are few and far between and United Nissan is lucky to have such and individual.

As always Brian is a great service rep, friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle. I'd recommend him to everyone. Brian never forgets a face and always gives me a warm welcome.

This is my 3rd purchase from Nissan, Souk is a very personable sales person, there has been times I was in for a service visit and if he saw me he spoke and whats surprising was he remembered my name which meant alot I wasnt just another face to him. Also Elsa in Customer service solved a problem for me whiche meant alot and it showed me that United Nissan does sincerely care about there customers.
