i prepaid for 300 gallons for 648.69 on 9-20-2021 so I called to get gas they said they had no record of my acount so I looked at my bank got credit card information and have tried 50 times to call they and they wont answer the phone. so i will be changing gas companies come next season. have been a customer with them for years but no more I am through with the hassel. i would rate thenm a zero for service.

I'm writing this review about united. Propane. Gas . There main office is in Paducah Ky, last spring when we had the winter storm that lasted about a week. We had placed an order for propane. The driver/delivery man had complained about a tree limb that he wanted me to cut. He could get under it, and I had my mother staying with us. Customer care/support is non existent. Logistics is non existent. They show up when they want, no care or concern to even call customers about what day delivery could be. If they got organized with routes they could possibly be efficient. Customers could know when they will get gas, and if there was bad weather they can know if they had to be skipped and why, so they can fix any issues with delivery (i.e. plow snow). I'm writing this review as of 2-12-2021. We have our has service with u.p.g. In Dawson Springs Ky, we had 11% in our tank on Monday Feb. 8th. Prices are up from 1.59/ gal. In Nov. 2020 to 2.08 on Feb. 8th. But we still need out gas. Coldest weather on record forecasted for the weekend and then 2 different snow storms on the way! These people will not even answers a phone call. I don't like to have to give a bad review but this Co. Had left NO CHOICE!! Stay away from this company. We called January 26 to order a delivery ,we were at 30%. Today February 4 we are still waiting for them to come. We have yet to have a call back from corporate or the Elijay office. We have no heat our tank is empty. Unfortunately we had prepaid. Any way we can start a general class action?

Don't use this company. They added a fee to my bill and no one will call me back about it. They said it was required by state law. I spoke to Attorney General office and was told that no such law existed. It is shameful and can be criminal for added fees during a federal emergency. A long time customer no more. DO NOT USE THEM

They are awful. They owe me my credit back in a refund and no one at any of their offices answers the phone. I'm very over them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Worst customer service in the world. Truly, I have never encountered such negligence. We are only trying to pay our bill - final payment on the purchase of our propane tank. For a week now, no one will return our call so that we can do this. Out of desperation, I am sending a check. The problem is: they keep adding on a ridiculous amount of interest each month. So, we don't know exactly how much we owe. They never send a bill. THey let amounts accrue so they can earn more interest. Just want to pay this worthless company and... read more

1 my daughter and I boi paid for the same gas this was in Elijah Ga. I have not been successful in getting a refund .I have had to sue them in court .I now have a judgment. Still got my money back. They are not trustworthy.
