Sounded like a great deal, and I suppose it could be, but I wasn't told that I couldn't port my current phone number! I've had my current number for years and can't switch now! It would be SUCH a hassle! Nope.

You can improve by when someone selects the phone and SIM card pack... You send the bloody phone. When I applied all you guys did was send me a SIM card that was bloody useless to me... And then when I called you to deal with it you said that you had to resubmit my request to your higher-ups for approval.... I was already approved!

I was told I qualified for a phone. The only thing I got was SIM card. Disappointed. And come on 6 GB of data. Very poor compared to your competition. Makes me believe you care. A fly by night operation looking to hustle a quick buck. I change it to 1 star. Minimal effort only thing to you did right was from start to finish I received the SIM card in less than 2 weeks.
