PAID $15 FOR THE TABLET AND THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS NOW WONT REFUND ME UNTIL A INVESTIGATION WHICH WILL TAKE 21 DAYS I'M TOLD, EVEN THOUGH THE TABLET IS BEING USED, SMH i ASKED FOR THE TABLET TO BE DISCONNECTED BECAUSE IT'S IN MY NAME AND I WAS TOLD "AFTER THE INVESTIGATION" I ALSO ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD NO BECAUSE THE TABLET WAS DELIVERED.......BUT IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!! I GIVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE ZERO WASN'T AN OPTION!!

I received my tablet on yesterday! First thing I noticed is they have the large scanner paper stuck to the front of the tablet. Had the hardest time getting it off and now it’s just a bunch blurred lines. The tablet is difficult to work, instead of tapping twice to get to the next page, I have to tap at least 5 times. Customer support, isn’t any help at all. You can barely understand what they’re saying and the guy was a little rude. I don’t care if it was $10.00 I should be able to return it and get another one. Have no Spanish customer service for the Latin America and the Caribbean is frustrating that such a huge company with us government contracts don't have Spanish customer service HELLO!!!
