I talked to your representative and told him I was viewing a statement on my iPad that I was expected and approved for a free phone. He told me it take 24 hr to get an approval. Later in the conversation he said I was approved and it would take 5 business days for delivery of the phone and SIM card. I don’t understand why this person didn’t believe me when I told him I was approved?

Mail the phone with the SIM card just like other companies. It doesn’t make sense to mail the SIM card first. I have no phone. I am canceling my order and signing up with another company.
