"Service" I have consistently had a very good experience with the service team at Universal City Nissan. They know my car, a 2017 Nissan Maxima, and are always very professional. Shant Asikian assisted me on January 2, 2018 and was terrific. There was a problem with the key fob, which needed to be replaced. Additionally, because of the recent wildfires, there was a requirement to change the air filter. I explained that I had limited time, and Shant got me out of there quickly, which I really appreciated.
