clean facility, they have courtesy waiting room. That it was my first time and I am bad on maps so I got lost and even though I was a little bit late they were really nice!! Plus I had my hot chocolate... Than you Tasty for your help!!

Great service I had the best experience in buying a car here at universal city Nissan from the time I walked on to the lot to finance to my sales guy Laos he was such a great help went above and beyond his job to help my purchase my new Sentra even drove me to Hesperia about a 70mile drive for my co-signer to sign her part he didn't need to but was more then willing to help me out Thanks for all you help Laos I will return to purchase another car.
Service Great service.The service was completed in the time frame give by the service agent. When I was called to be advised the work was completed the paperwork was at the cashier andmy car was waiting.
