I was a fan Of this company until it's a recent events with my account. I was billed twice for the same duct cleaning. I called on 1/31 asking about this double charge. I was told that a refund check will go in the mail today. I called on 2/7 757-502-0200 was told that a refund of the 2nd charge was mailed out on January 31st. And that a stop payment would be placed and a another check would be sent out. I had an inspection done in March after I noticed a rat's nest in my shed. I signed up for an ongoing inspection contract at that time. Now two months later I noticed termites! I asked Universal to come back out. When I asked the inspector how the terminate problem was missed when I he saw it two months ago, he said he was not looking for terminates at that time. I will start with the fact that I actually worked there. Seeing as that was the case, I had my landlord use them to have my air ducts cleaned. Needless to say, they did the worst job. Josh came to our house for an inspection due to a mice issue. When I opened the door, he acted as if I didn’t know he would be coming (I was the one who made the appointment). Came in long enough to say they were coming from the crawl space and quickly look in the kitchen. During this time, he is pretty much a jerk to me, but he was nicer to my husband (once he realized my husband was there).
