Tiffany at Universal has the worst customer service skills a company could employ. Luckily I am already cancelling my service and will not recommend them to anyone I know, but if this wasn't the case, I would fire them just due to Tiffany who not only tried to hang up on me but put me on hold and passed me off to another agent.
