I just had Steve inspect my home for termites. He is the best technician I've had from Universal! He noticed my dehumidifier was no longer working and my ducts needed to be cleaned. Years ago, we had our crawl space lined by Universal and we couldn't be happier. Should have bought annual inspection/warranty on the dehumidifier, it would been free. New unit and duct cleaning next week. Very pleased with Universal and Steve!!!

Andy did a great job for us! He explained what he had done and the results of his inspection. Good customer service skills. He is not the only technician we have had over the years that we have had a contract with Universal but all of them have done a great job! Highly recommend Universal Pest!
