Great roof work. Poor clean up.
At the end of the day, the repair went well. The wrong size windows were ordered and was discovered after removal of the old ones. My house was boarded up for a month which was unsightly and let the cold air in. They only performed a base paint on the new wood. The new windows are great now that the work is complete despite the rough path to get there.
I absolutely had a great experience with Universal Roofing and Exteriors! The process from beginning to end was flawless. This staff I encountered were very professional. knowledgeable and so helpful. They explained everything to me and the day of roof replacement, the Supervisor was on hand to ensure everything went as planned. My roof looks great! This company has to be the BEST in the Midwest!!
Very thorough
We had a roof leak repaired and new ridge vents installed in May 2023. The crew was friendly, thorough, and did a great job. It’s been several months now since the job was completed and we’ve seen no leaks or problems throughout the fall and early winter storms. Very happy with the quality of their work!
