The day of the install, we noticed one of the screens were scratched and we called immediately...still no response today. Very disappointed.
It was very difficult to find an associate to communicate with. You were always directed to a “call center” where you left a message. Communication was extreme with the amount of emails received and they always contradicted themselves. Very poorly written emails.
