Company did not complete job as agreed. They were supposed to replace a window frame in one room and failed to do so. To make matters worse they acted like we never even discussed repairing the window from. When the sales rep came to my house for the initial sales presentation we told him there were 2 specific things we wanted done. One was to repair the window frame and the other was to replace the patio door. The sales person took pictures of the window frame and texted them to someone. Everything was professionally done!
Out of 9 windows, 4 were there wrong design ... and 1 arrived cracked.. happy with windows that work.. communication about correct windows is definitely lacking
