I had my patio doors and garden window installed a week ago. The appearance of all material looks nice - really helps update my 1986 house. I thought the sales experience, financing and technician's measurement process went well - all were friendly and professional. My primary issue is with the installers and the quality of their workmanship. Specific details are provide below.

The salesman Nick was very helpful anytime I had questions, the quality of the windows are exceptional and the installers did a great job. The reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 was because one of my windows arrived broken and the installers did not complete the installation in 1 day as promised and were 3 hours late arriving the next day to complete the installation. Other than that, I am very satisfied with UWD.
