I was very happy with the quality of the product. I can't say enough about that. The whole process with Universal Windows Direct was very uneventful
The quality of the windows is great. We are very happy with the end results! Steve and Eric were very nice and respectful. I would suggest them to anyone. Only down sign was a poor clean up because of the snow (windows installed in February).
Universal Windows has a very professional staff. The workmanship was good, the whole experience with them was good, and the value was good as well. I will definitely recommend them to future clients.
I can tell that the windows provide more warmth; it is not as cold as it was before. They don't rattle, and the house is more quiet. I really enjoy my new windows.
