When the salesperson first came here and talked to me, he assured me that everything was fine, and they would be able to do what I wanted, but when it comes right down to it, somehow or another I'm just not satisfied. Universal Windows Direct came out when they said they would. They gave me a price that was competitive and fair, and we made the agreement. They said they'd come back out to install the windows in four to six weeks, and they were out in about five weeks. They did the installation with a three man crew in one day. There were a few minor adjustments that had to be made, and they came back on a mutually agreeable date to do the adjustments. I'm extremely happy with the installation.

I would highly recommend Universal Windows Direct as their products are very high quality. Their installers are very professional, kept the area neat and had the necessary expertise to complete my project to my fullest satisfaction. The installation of the windows was very fast and efficient with an exceptional clean up.

The salesman was very good in his presentation and knew the quality of his windows. They were very prompt on getting the windows and getting them installed as well.
