Il be honest. This was a siding job. We got pushed back a few days. We were ok with that. I took the day off they were coming and no one showed untill 2 pm.i called there was a miscommunication. 2nd day. Guys were great very professional. Great work polite and hard working. The guy Jimmy actually gave my 11 year old son a mini crotch rocket mini bike. I wish I could remember all the names but suffice it to say I enjoyed them being around. Great job guys. I had siding installed, We have nothing but good things to say. 1. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable, my husband is not comfortable with salesmen and he even liked him. 2. We had a quote done middle of January and the job was completed today February 20th during that entire time I was kept in the loop on how the siding was progressing. Had a rep out today, Jamie was great! Not only did she come out on a Sunday but she made everything so simple considering the fact that we had "hangovers" . It's a deal and we love our windows from Universal Windows Direct!
Universal windows are all really awesome. From the ordering with Tony, John and John who put in and replaced the windows and doors, to Jimmy, Ruben, Tim Kenny, Greg, Rick and Chris. Thank You Thank You Thank You. They put up with weather from 55-29 degrees, places new lights, covered casings around the doors and deck plunged up holes etc. etc. They were all so nice and willing to please. Please go and look at the photos you won’t believe it’s the same house. Thank You guys God Bless each one and your families.
We had a great experience. This company goes the extra mile to educate the customer, explain their product, and put the best item on the market. The installation team was amazing, working cheerfully in 5 degree weather. They were an amazing team of men that worked very hard. They were respectful of my house, took care around our dog, and were great to speak with! The windows are amazing. We can't believe how much warmer and quieter the house is! Thanks.
Universal Windows install new ROOF&GUTTERS on our home. What was even Better was that part of the install was free due to the Indians winning 15 games in a row so we got our roof for FREE. The Roofers&gutter installers were VERY GOOD at their jobs, also VERY Professional. I would recommend UNIVERSAL WINDOWS to anyone who want a what professional job done.
We noticed an instant difference in the comfort of our home! Everything went better than expected! The price was great, the staff communicated every step of the way.
