RecommendedTop quality windows priced right! Jake Frantz is honest, informative, knowledgeable about his product compared to the competitors, and just an all around friendly guy. The warranty on the windows was a big selling factor. Reputable, stable, company that has been around for many, many, years and still growing, but makes you feel important as an individual and not a number. Jake is definitely an asset to the company!

Had Brian out to my home this weekend for an estimate on replacing all of my windows. My home was built in 1998 with original builders grade windows, and the coldness that we feel in the winter is unbearable. Can’t wait for my renovation to take place. We've been debating replacing some windows in our home for a while now. As we've had work done by Universal Windows in the past, we decided to have them out to give us a quote for all our bedroom windows. Our sales representative was Jake. He was very knowledgable about their products. He answered all our questions, was very patient, courteous and professional. We are extremely excited for our new windows to arrive and be installed.
Impressed by the installation team consisting of Aric, Jake, Jesse, and Ryan. They came prepared, understood the job (inside and out), and executed my window installation like a championship team. They were thoughtful about protecting our flooring and furniture by use of tarps and footies. They were cordial but focused during the installation which went quickly. I had all new windows and a sliding patio door installed in my home April 6, 2018, and I couldn't be any happier. The windows and patio door are better than I expected, and noticed a difference with my house immediately. The installers arrived on time, and completed the job on time.
