I believe the windows are of very good quality and could recommend to a friend.
Communication is a bit lacking. However the work and product are satisfactory. Very happy overall with curb appeal and energy savings.

I am waiting to hear back from someone even after two calls as they did not have correct size window and installed window with incorrect grid pattern. I need to hear back otherwise experience has been fine.

Disliked the sales procedures (not the salesman - he's just doing his job) but my initial quote was very high, and the tactic is not uncommon with other window companies.
