Our experience with Universal Windows was overall excellent. they made beautiful and good quality windows in only 8 weeks. the installers were very professionals, they did a clean job in good manner time. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to start a new windows project in home. We are very happy with our new windows. Thank you.
The crew arrived on Monday for what was scheduled as a 3 or 4 day job, they finished on Monday. Work was dine quickly, cleanly, and was no trash left. Windows look great and wirk as promised
At this point I would recommend the windows, they are very well built. the install crew was very good. but after have to try 3 time to get them installed and 2 days off work for me (schedulers mix up) and the job not being done because 1 window wasn't measured right. I have not been contacted on a time line to get the job finished. they did call to see if i was happy with the install. on the Monday after they started, but haven't heard anything since then. Everything was going good from the sales parts. Until install day. The installers didn't show up first day. That would have been ok if there was communication from the office. I had to call up to 8 times. Left messages, even talked to someone 2x who said they would get back with me but did not. Other time no response to my messages. Then finally rescheduled for next day, however, lack of communication was happening again. Once the installers came out all was well. They were very polite and got the job done.
