Easy to schedule a quote, friendly service from both the representatives to the installation crew members, and quality products!
They were there on time and finish faster than expected, I was informed of any issues thru out the installation. They even help move some of the heavier pieces furniture.
So far the product seems to be the quality we anticipated. Took 2 days to install as one of the installers walked off of the job on the first day. If you make an appointment please be prepared for the hard sale. They push for a one time close. That's fine but do some homework ahead of time to be sure you are satisfied with the price and quality and are prepared to sign up.
We were in the process of selling our house but needed new windows to improve the house and Universal Windows Direct was the answer. Even though we were not staying in the house, the Universal team did a great job of showing us options, selecting the right windows and sliding door, and then helping us pass along the warranty to the new owners.
