The quality of the product is good. Rectifying a warranty issue was a challenge that took nearly 9 months.
All of the associates were very nice and respectful however they broke one of the windows and it took 4 months to finally get the correct window in. So far, the windows themselves are alright.
Fair pricing and kind service. Our house looks amazing and I appreciate the staff helping me with what the best windows would be for the design of our house.
