The installation crew showed up bright and early, got started right away, they were very pleasant and professional as well. The windows look great! The customer service and sales staff were also very friendly, attentive and helpful. Also, the guarantee that comes along with the purchase of windows cannot be beat! Thanks so much! Our salesman was great. The installation was quick and done professionally.
Our new windows are wonderful. We love them. Jason and his crew were so quick installing the windows. They were professional, kind and friendly too.
Right now I would likely not recommend. Love the windows but the installers failed to use j channel on the windows and applied 3/4 inch caulking all around each of the 15 windows. Have been waiting for them to fix it.
