Last window that was giving Universal Windows trouble 3 separate times, was finally installed over 6 months later, although they didn't have the supplies to finish off the trim and they still need to come back to complete.

Definitely a high pressure sale. We needed a window ordered and didn't have time to shop around. Was the first window we have ever ordered and now that its installed, its just ok. There seems to be lots of 'frame' and we should have asked more questions about that as there is plenty of room for a larger glass. Window was installed with a scratch, contacted customer service and a replacement sash was ordered. Did not pay in full until replacement piece arrived. A discount for the issue would have been a nice gesture.
