From the time I ordered until I actually had the windows installed, the communication was very poor. I called a couple of times to check on the windows when it was indicated the windows would be ready. I received a rather curt answer with several reasons why they weren't ready. I asked to be kept informed about the progress and was disappointed as there was very little communication.
The installers did a great job. They were professional and easy to talk to. The 3-window set for the front window is not easy to completely shut and lock. The windows are not the same size as what was replaced, but installers did a good job of setting and framing. My order for screens was not completed as purchased and I am still waiting on that resolution.
The windows were installed quickly with very little fuss. I hardly noticed the work was being done. All my questions were answered politely. (Even the stupid ones). Made my house look years younger.
