Salesman was good, i should of shopped around. I think overall good quality/price. Customer Service needs to talk to their departments regarding permits and scheduling.

The salesman was very knowledgeable, but he did pull the 'if I don't have an answer today, I may not be able to come back out here for you to sign paperwork later' card. I didn't realize how manipulative it was till later. The measuring process was very quick. The install was strange. They arrived within the stated range and finished in a reasonable amount of time.
