Overall we’re happy now that the project is completed but during the process it took forever and got delayed a few times by the company

My only dissatisfaction was the fact that when the original measure date was canceled due to an emergency with the measurer I was put at the bottom of the list for my windows to be measured which was a little over a month later than the original date. I feel like I should have been scheduled within a day or two even if it was after hours. It took no more than half an hour to complete the measuring when he did come.
